Traditional Heel works better for average to wider feet and average to high insteps.  We can always go up or down a size depending on width and instep.

Typically our Traditional Heel fits as follows - U.S. sizing = Tessa Clogs sizing

High Heel, Flex and Shearling run SMALLER then our Traditional Heel and most will go up one size from their Traditional Heel size.  They work better for average to narrow feet and average to flat insteps.  Same here, we can always go down or up a size depending on instep.

3.5 - 4 = 35
4.5 - 5 = 36
5.5 - 6 = 37
6.5 - 7 = 38
7.5 - 8 = 39

If you need to exchange or return you Tessa Clogs - reach out to us via email - info@tessaclogs.com 

For the occasional size exchange - email us - and we will explain how we will get you a new size.

For Returns - we accept most full price clogs inside of 30 days.  They need to be unworn and undamaged so we can put them back in inventory. 

Sale Tessa Clogs are non returnable / non refundable.  

All Tessa Clogs in "Your Choice of Leather" can only be exchanged for store credit.
