Return Policies

  • If you need to exchange or return you Tessa Clogs - reach out to us via email - info@tessaclogs.com and we will get you the correct return address.
  • For size exchange - the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Tessa Clogs will ship the first replacement clogs at no cost to the customer. For additional exchanges beyond the first exchange the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
  • For Returns - we accept all In stock clogs inside of 30 days. They need to be unworn and undamaged so we can put them back in inventory.
  • Sale Tessa Clogs are non returnable / non refundable.
  • All Custom Made Tessa Clogs are non returnable / non refundable.
  • All Made to order Tessa Clogs can only be exchanged for store credit or size change
  • International Shipping- Unfortunately we cannot except any returns or exchanges on orders outside of the United States because of the high shipping rate. Please make sure you know your size before ordering. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer
