*For size exchange - the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Tessa Clogs will ship the first replacement clogs at no cost to the customer. For additional exchanges beyond the first exchange the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
*For Returns - we accept all In stock clogs inside of 30 days. They need to be unworn and undamaged so we can put them back in inventory.
